Experience

The Heart Center is a major pillar of the clinic and a hub for all types of cardiac services for heart disease patients. The center has become a focal point for coronary and non-coronary interventions and surgeries (more than 7,000 patients a year) for the whole region. eHealth is an important tool to improve the care for cardiac patients such as heart failure patients. A such HL has some experience with ehealth applications, however not with eHealth supporting home hospitalisation.
