Sensium’s core business is the design, manufacture and sale of SensiumVitals, a CE marked and FDA 510(k) cleared medical device for wireless, wearable vital sign monitoring in hospital environments. SensiumVitals is an end-to-end system comprising a small, single-use patch attached to the patient’s torso which transmits vital sign data (heart rate, respiratory rate and temperature) every 2 minutes to Bridges (access points) which relay data into the hospital IT infrastructure.
