Experience
Teaching and research in fields of Biosystems and Food Engineering. They lead the Horizon 2020 AgroCycle project that addresses the application of the 'circular economy' across the agri-food industry. They are part of Euro 17.8 million Irish project (CONSUS) addressing the application of Big Data in agriculture.
