CHA is a charitable housing association with based in West Cork, and currently rents private properties on long-term leases at council equivalent rents to families with children. CHA performs property management and maintenance. CHA works in full consultation with residents. CHA carried out full energy retrofits to prevent fuel poverty and training and enterprise support to residents on EIRE and EU funds.
