The Municipality of Apeldoorn (GA) is with 160.000 inhabitants an average city in the Netherlands. It’s the 11th city of the Netherlands and has the task to carry out national, regional and local policy. GA is member of a regional network called Cleantech region. Together with this region GA want to be the most Cleantech region of Europe in 2030. This means for example 50% of the energy production must be sustainable and the reduction of waste must be at least 30 kg per person.
