An innovative camera system is currently being developped that aims to follow-up poultry red mite infestation in barns automatically in relation with birds restleness at night.
In order to identify other issues where the camera technology could be of help, a survey and workshops are currently being launched in UK, Belgium and France to identify which issues currently exist in the laying hen sector, and which of them could be solved with a smart camera monitoring system.
