Inauguration of the second pilot project E=0 in France. 12 houses in Longueau, close to Amiens and owned by the social housing organisation ICF Habitat are being renovated to reach an energy E=0 level with a performance guarantee of 30 years.
During the event some of the houses will be finished and will be visited. A chance to see some fully done net zero energy retrofits in France. Read More
On 29th and 30th May partners participating in European Energiesprong projects Interreg NWE E=0 and H2020 Transition Zero will gather in Berlin to bring net zero energy a step closer towards a mass market in Europe. Read More
Some 50 international partners of Energiesprong gathered in Nottingham, UK during 24 and 25 October 2017 to share good practice and discuss the development of the Energiesprong concept. Energiesprong Market Development Teams from the UK, Netherlands, France and Germany were joined by suppliers and housing associations to showcase the Energiesprong approach to housing retrofit and new build. Day 1 was dedicated to the H2020 financed project TransitionZero, Day 2 focused on the Interreg NWE project E=0. Read More
On June 27th 2017, a new learning expedition to the Netherlands was organised. French solution providers visited Vlijmen to exchange with innovative Dutch solution providers to get inspired on technical issues. Read More
A workshop was held on 16 March 2017 with the twin aims of helping housing providers learn more about financing options for low energy retrofit and new build, and of enabling E=0 project participants and Energiesprong members to consider their requirements and conditions for financing projects. On February 21st 2017, French housing associations and suppliers went on a common trip to Utrecht to benefit from the Dutch experience and exchange together as the first calls to tender were being launched. They got a chance to visit real-life EnergieSprong refurbished housing. Read More
On February 15th 2017, the second international meeting gathered all the E=0 partners from France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the UK. The meeting was an opportunity for every partner to be updated on national projects, share on their challenges and find concrete solutions. Read More
E=0 partner GreenFlex, coordinator of the EnergieSprong France project, organised on 3 October a workshop in the Netherlands to give professionals of the sector the opportunity to meet and exchange. The two-part workshop included a visit of renovated homes and homes under renovation in Arhem and a feedback session with a former BAM project manager, involved with EnergieSprong since the beginning. The goal of the feedback session was to discuss the concept behind EnergieSprong, the implications of the project for different type of solution providers, the importance of tenant engagement and the performance warranty specific to EnergieSprong.
Participants left with a concrete vision of the expected outcome and an answer to many of their questions. Read More
On 14-15 September 2016, the E=0 project kick-started with a two-day meeting for partners. This kick-off event offered plenty of time for the partners to get to know each other and begin work on the first challenges ahead. Read More
